Kim Muller, founder of Lyme Bytes Foundation and wellness enthusiast
Posted by Estela Cockrell Nov 2nd 2020
Why I switched:
After suffering many years from Lyme disease, I needed to change my lifestyle.
Switching to non-toxic products was a must for me. And, I am honored to be the founder of the Lyme Bytes Foundation which helps others find the answers to their health issues.
Fave vacation spot?
Our home in Cabo is one of my favorite places to be.
Something about the sights and sounds, quality time with family, it is all very therapeutic to me. Our chef prepares our meals with food from her garden so I always know I’m eating healthy there. The tranquility, peacefulness and being away from the city has greatly helped in my recovery.
Fave health and wellness tip?
We are exposed to many toxins daily from what we put on our skin, to the air we breathe, to the food and water we consume. It is important to remove these toxins to allow our immune systems to work properly. The best method for me is an infrared sauna (Houston peeps- book here!). If you don’t have access to an infrared sauna a sweat fueled workout will get you there too. I love the Detox in a Box.
Switch2Pure Picks for Kim:
Be Glowy to prime, plump and finish off any makeup look
Gua Sha to tone, lift and sculpt paired with Well & Glow, natural retinol-alternative
Good + Glow nourishing body oil
Fave season staple?
Every season I love using salt baths. Something about a hot bath melts the stress away for me.
I love to add essential oils to my bath, I'm loving Source Vital Analgesic Bath Oil right now!
Fave fashion statement?
I am loving all the monogram services that’s available nowadays: scarves, jackets, handbags. I’m obsessed!!
Fave kit?
No question, it's the immune boosting kit!
