Happy Gut Glow Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cucumber

1 Pear

1/4 Coconut Milk + 3/4 Cup filtered water

1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1/4 tsp Spirulina

1/2 tsp Ashwaghanda

1/4 Avocado

1 Handful of spinach

1 inch Aloe gel (inside only)

1 scoop of Vanilla plant protein

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Enjoy!
