Detox Salad Recipe

In the mood for leafy greens and tasty vegetables?

Follow this amazing detoxing, salad recipe that'll leave you CRAVING all the goods a true salad can bring. Packed with vitamins, nutrient-dense ingredients (Just like all of our products at S2P!), your stomach will be full and rejuvenated.

Ingredients:

For the dressing:

  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled & grated
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the salad:

  • 2 cups lacinato kale tightly packed
  • 2 cups red cabbage
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 large carrotts peeled & grated
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into match sticks
  • 2 avocados, peeled & diced
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 cup almond
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

  1. whisk together all dressing ingredients (or put all ingredients in blender and blend) set aside until ready to use.
  2. add kale, cabbage, broccoli, and carrots to large serving bowl
  3. pour desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss until everything is coated.
  4. add parsley, diced avocado, sesame seeds and walnuts and toss again
  5. serve as an entire salad or as a side salad to your favorite meal
