Switch2pure infrared sauna therapy

What it does:

Saunas quiet the sympathetic nervous system, “fight or flight” response, and puts the parasympathetic nervous system, “rest and digest,” in charge. This is great because the sympathetic nervous system is stimulated and aids digestion, elimination, and immune response.

When a person spends time in an infrared sauna their heart rate increases, blood vessels dilate, and sweating increases, as if one was exercising. When this happens, there’s an increase in blood circulation which can aid several other benefits.

How it works:

Experience the PURE detoxifying difference.  Whole body hyperthermia (temperatures of 113 or above have been associated with killing cancer and other cells but not damaging normal cells) or thermal therapy has been touted for years to help detoxify the body. The heat helps the liver and kidneys do their jobs. It assists in the removal of chemicals, heavy metals, environmental toxins and increase oxygenation, enhances the immune system, increased insulin sensitivity, pain relief and reduces the radiation burden in the body.  Heated by zero EMF carbon heaters (0.6 mg or lower), with the placement of the heaters the sauna can get very hot with very minimal energy and very little heat felt.  Research has shown that infrared sauna can help revitalize health by killing cancer cells and other known bad actors in the body.  An added bonus is major calorie burning (600 calories to be exact for the average purist!)

Regular infrared sauna treatments can aid:

  • Detoxification
    • Overtime our body accumulates toxins (alcohol, sodium, cholesterol, heavy metals) and sweating naturally rids these, but at a slow rate. Infrared heat stimulates your sweat glands to detoxify at a quicker rate to speed up the process in removing buildup.
  • Stress and fatigue
    • Infrared heat relaxes the body by loosening muscles to naturally soothe the parasympathetic nervous system and sends signals to the brain to induce a calm state.
  • Muscle aches, arthritis, and joint relief
    • Relieves pain by expanding blood vessels and increasing circulation. This allows more oxygen to reach injured areas and reduce pain and enhance healing.
  • Boost metabolism and lose fat
    • Sweating is part of the complex thermoregulatory process of the body that increases the heart rate, cardiac output, and metabolic rate. This reduces excess water retention, salt and stubborn fat. Fat becomes water soluble at 110ºF and allows the body to release fat and toxins.
  • Increase blood flow and heart health
    • Same effect as exercise, the heart receives a workout similar to a 6-mile run in a 20-30 minute infrared session and produces a similar amount of sweat. Infrared saunas are great for those that do not have time for regular exercise or if one has an injury.
  • Immune system support
    • Rise in temperature is a natural stage of the immune system's healing process. Infrared heat induces a fever-like signal by heating up the body, but without the pains of an illness. The body wards off invading organisms, because the body is in a "fake fever". Saunas are a great way to reduce your risk of illness during cold and flu season!
  • Appearance of cellulite
    • Improves circulation and removes dead skin cells on the surface. HELLO soft, firm + GLOWY skin.
