I’m one of those girls who loves to discover and share my information with other women. I’ve been an editor for over 20 years as a TV lifestyle expert, journalist, blogger, content creator and now influencer. My blog, The Glow Girl, Instagram and TikTok are platforms where I share my tips with women primarily over 45 on how to live a more enhanced life. My passion is to share my best-kept secrets in fashion, beauty, wellness and all things clean living. I’m a native New Yorker and moved to LA 10 years ago with my family to be surrounded by sunshine, ocean and nature year-round. Why did you make the switch?
I had a severe allergic reaction to the asbestos, mold and mildew in my rental house when we moved to LA from NYC about 10 years ago. After seeing several Dr.’s, we figured out that I was also using many toxic every day products (deodorant, make up, skincare) that could negatively impact my overall health and wellness. This inspired me to go clean from the inside out. The first thing to learn about living clean is how to identify toxic ingredients…what you put ON your body is as important as what you put IN your body. Through research and self-education, I started trading my toxic products for cleaner alternatives. Now, with the help of apps like Think Dirty and sites like EWG, I am able to make smart decisions when it comes to purchasing effective, non-toxic products.

I have several! GOOP, Poosh, Melissa Wood Health, Elissa Goodman, Mel Robbins, Eye Swoon, Who What Wear, and of course Switch2Pure and Estela who I met several years ago at clean beauty event in LA!
Fave fashion statement or pieces?
My white vintage Chanel bag, my new Hermes Apple Watch, my late mom’s fabulous fine chunky gold and diamond jewelry that she passed down to me.
