To disinfect, place in recently boiled or very hot water for two minutes. Replace every two months.
Soak or run under warm water to activate the sponge.
Apply cleansing oil, exfoliator scrub or cleanser to the sponge. Massage in a circular motion (out and up).
Rinse under running water and squeeze to clean the sponge.
Hang to dry.
