Avoid topical agents that may increase your skin’s sensitivity, such as retinoids, topical antibiotics, or acids 3-5 days prior to your treatment.
Avoid unprotected sun exposure 24 hours prior; No waxing, depilatory creams, or electrolysis to the area being treated for 5-7 days prior.
Avoid blood-thinning agents for one week prior because bruising is a common side effect.
We recommend you complete a series of treatments for best results; 6 treatments anywhere from 3-6 weeks apart.
Following treatment it is recommended that you do not apply any other products for 6-8 hours, avoid exposure to the sun, pet dander, and do not touch your face at any time.
You may see mild redness, swelling, tightness, or your skin may feel warm for up to 12 hours after treatment. Mild skin sloughing may occur for a few days post treatment. In rare cases acne and milia can occur. Do not exfoliate for 7 days.
Do not swim, sauna, or do vigirous exercise for at least 72 hours.
