Before and after soaking, drink 8-16 ounces of purified water to stay hydrated. Fill bowl or basin with warm water and sprinkle in entire contents of packet; stir to dissolve. Immerse feet and soak for 20 minutes; add hot water as needed to keep water warm. Relax while the algae goes to work. Do not rinse – algae can remain active for 12 hours. Remove feet and immediately wrap them in a towel and “Sweat and Rest” under a warm blanket for 15-30 minutes while the algae continues to purify. Towel dry and relax.
Usage: a soak a day is okay.
