Vanilla Protein Milkshake

Ingredients
- 1 cup chilled almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbs almond butter
- Cacao nibs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 scoops Switch2Pure Vanilla Balancing Act Protein
Method: Blend Vanilla Nourishing Protein, frozen bananas, almond milk, almond butter and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve.
Raspberry, Cacao, & Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 11⁄2 frozen bananas
- 3⁄4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tbs aked coconut
- 1 tbs raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop Switch2Pure Chocolate Balancing Act Protein
Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with fresh berries, coconut, and cacao. Makes 2 small bowls or 1 large smoothie bowl
SMOOTHIE TIPS
We can talk about smoothie tips (keep peeled, halved bananas in the freezer. Add 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower for extra veggies. Half an avocado for creamy thickness and fiber. A handful of organic spinach doesn’t add flavor and helps you get your greens for the day. Starting the day with a smoothie fills you up with whole foods right away while keeping natural sugar from fruit to ¼ cup at most. These smoothies are so good you'd think it was dessert!
