Anti-Aging Cherry Blueberry Smoothie

Hope y'all have been loving our nutraceuticals! We especially love our Daily Must Haves, collagen and vegan protein powder. Who doesn't love smoothies? Today we are featuring one of our favorite smoothies with our vegan protein powder.....
Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup of fresh or frozen organic cherries1⁄2 cup of fresh or frozen organic blueberries
- 1⁄2 organic banana
- 1⁄2 cup frozen organic cauliflower
- 1 tbs of organic virgin coconut oil2 brazil nuts
- 2 scoops of Switch2Pure Vanilla Protein (with probiotics and probiotics)

- Chia seeds – antioxidant-rich
- Flax seeds – omega-3 essential fatty acidCollagen powder – improve skin elasticity
- Kefir – gut health

TIPS +FACTOIDS
1. If you are not using frozen foods, add a handful of ice.
2. In a hurry? Add all smoothie ingredients into a Ziploc bag and place in the freezer the night before. Toss in the blender with your liquid the next morning and you’re out the door in a flash.
3. Leftovers keep for 24 hours but the sooner you ingest, the more nutrients you will receive.
