How does shipping work?

Shipping is SO simple! Place your order and anything over $50 will receive complementary standard shipping. There is an option for expedited shipping at check out. Want it in a jiffy? Upgrade at check out!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number included.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we are working non-stop to give everyone a chance to Switch2Pure!

Can I return things?

Switch2Pure was created on the principle of ease and that goes for returns as well! You will have 14 days to return any unused individual items. The items will be issued as a store credit and can be used anytime within 6 months. Switch2Pure does not accept returns on kits or subscription items, but we are happy to replace any damaged or defective items! If a product arrives damaged or defective, please send us a picture of the damaged items and we will arrange your replacement right away.Please contact us at returns@switch2pure.com, if you would like to process a return or have any question regarding this process. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will arrive at the delivery address usually within 5 business days. For accurate and expected delivery time, tracking numbers are provided within the confirmation email.

What happens if a product I want is out of stock?

What is the difference between a kit and the subscription?

A kit is a curated collection of 6 to 12 targeted products. These kits were curated with different areas of concern and based on various needs.
