Q how does shipping work?
A Shipping is SO simple! Place your order and anything over $50 will receive complementary standard shipping. Want it in a jiffy? Live outside Houston, Texas upgrade to expedited shipping. Live inside the Beltway, upgrade to Switch2Pure 2 day. Orders received by 1:30 can be hand delivered for only $11.00. Upgrade at check out!
Q how can i track my order?
A Once your order is placed, most packages will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number included for either UPS or USPS.
Q do you ship internationally?
A At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we are working non-stop to give everyone a chance to Switch2Pure!
Q can i return things?
A Switch2Pure was created on the principle of ease and that goes for returns as well! You will have 14 days to return any unopened and unused individual items at your expense. The items will be issued as a store credit and can be used anytime within 6 months. Switch2Pure does not accept returns on kits or subscription items, but we are happy to replace any damaged or defective items! If a product arrives damaged or defective, please send us a picture of the damaged items and we will arrange your replacement right away.Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you would like to process a return or have any question regarding this process. Q what types of payments does Switch2Pure accept?
A We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Q how long will it take for my order to arrive?
A Orders will arrive at the delivery address usually within 5 business days |sometimes unforseen stock issues arise and we become out of stock, we will notify you if this happens so you can alter your expetations or we will ship your order particaly fufilled|. For accurate and expected delivery time, tracking numbers are provided within the confirmation email.
Q do you charge sales tax?
A We collect sales taxes on orders shipping to states where Switch2Pure has a retail location and/or a distribution facility.
Q what happens if a product i want is out of stack?
A Please contact us with any questions regarding products that are currently out of stock. We will do our best to make our products available for you as soon as possible! We also, will give you expected arrival dates on items that have "flown off of the shelf".
Q do you offer prescription items?
A Switch2Pure does not offer prescription or other medical items. Please see your physician for any health related or prescription questions. Switch2Pure is here to help you make the switch to pure + clean + non-toxic beauty + skincare + home + wellness.
Q what is the difference between a kit and the subscription?
A A kit is a curated collection of 6 to 12 targeted products. These kits were curated with different areas of concern and based on various needs. They are a one time purchase and are great to be given as as a gift (Teen Gone Clean, Go for the Glow, Cancer Warrior, Man Up, Immune Boost - to name a few). A subscription is a FUN-FILLED, SURPRISE GROUPING OF 4 to 5 FULLsize items delivered once a month (think a gift to you and/or your family). We always include samples. Sit back relax and wait for your delivery of pure + clean + natural + non-toxic skincare + home and beauty! Safer, made simple!
Q how does the subscription billing and cancellation work?
A WE close subscription on the 13th of each month and ship out on the 14th. You can expect arrival of your package around 4 business days (most often sooner). All subscription boxes are beautifully packaged and we take great care to make sure your goodies arrive in pristine shape. All charges AFTER 5:00 p.m. on the 13th of any given month to the following month 13th at 5:00 p.m. You are allowed to cancel your subscription at any time, but must be by the 20th of the month prior. Unfortunately, there are no returns on items you receive in the monthly subscription.
Q where are we located?
A We are always online, but if you are in Houston, we are currently located at River Oaks District (4444 Westheimer Road F125) near Harry Winston. We are always hosting events, and pop ups. So check out our events page for more details
