Chocolate, Almond and Date Smoothie

Method:  Blend Vanilla Nourishing Protein, frozen bananas, almond milk, almond butter and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve.

Rasberry Cacao & Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Method:  Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Top with fresh berries, coconut, and cacao.   Makes 2 small bowls or 1 large smoothie bowl

SMOOTHIE TIPS: We can talk about smoothie tips (keep peeled, halved bananas in the freezer. Add 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower for extra veggies. Half an avocado for creamy thickness and fiber. A handful of organic spinach doesn’t add flavor…). Starting the day with a smoothie fills you up with whole foods right away. Mention keeping natural sugar from fruit to ¼ cup at most. This smoothie is so good it tastes like dessert!
