S2P Fall Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin Spice Fever 

We have been at this gluten free, dairy free, allergic to this, sensitive to that 'thing' quite a while....we like easy peasy when it comes to recipes.  In the morning we love to use our vegan protein, add spinach, fruit, 2 brazil nuts for thyroid and coconut oil or an avocado.  For fall we love a good pumpkin inspired recipe like the next.....

Easy DF GF Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (Almond Dream Pumpkin Spice)
  • 1 banana, frozen (optional - keep in mind bananas have a lot of sugar)
  • handful of blueberries, peaches, or mangos (frozen)
  • 1 -2 scoops of Well Co. Vanilla Vegan Protein Smoothy
  • handful of spinach
  • 2 brazil nut (no more, for hormone regulation)
  • half an avacado, 1 tbs of coconut oil
  • dash of cinnamon on top
  • BONUS: Chia Seed, Tumeric (antiinflammation)

Truly Homemade Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (homemade or one without carraganeen)
  • 1 banana, frozen (optional - keep in mind bananas have a lot of sugar)
  • handful of blueberries, peaches, or mangos (frozen)
  • 1 -2 scoops of Well Co. Vanilla Vegan Protein Smoothy
  • handful of spinach
  • 2 brazil nut (no more, for hormone regulation)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp agave
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
