  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1-2 tbsp raw local honey or to taste

Method:
In a food processor; place your cashews, coconut flour and collagen and do a quick pulse to incorporate the nuts with the flour and collagen powder. Next add in your coconut butter, tahini, honey, Matcha powder, vanilla extract and sea salt and pulse until combined. At this point the “dough” will begin to clump up and you can also choose to taste the “dough” at this point and see if the flavor is to your liking or if you would prefer more honey! Next, sprinkle your dried blueberries into the batter and mix them in with a fork or spoon. Remove the “dough” from the processor and form into 1-inch sized balls. Lastly, use a shallow dish to roll each ball into the coconut shreds or simply sprinkle on top for desired look! Store in the refrigerator or out of heat and enjoy within 3 days!
