Anti-Aging Cherry Blueberry Smoothie


  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 cup of fresh or frozen organic cherries1⁄2 cup of fresh or frozen organic blueberries
  • 1⁄2 organic banana 
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen organic cauliflower
  • 1 tbs of organic virgin coconut oil2 brazil nuts
  • 2 scoops of plant-protein powder (with probiotics and probiotics)


  • Chia seeds – antioxidant-rich
  • Flax seeds – omega-3 essential fatty acidCollagen powder – improve skin elasticity
  • Kefir – gut health
  • Metabolism booster MCT oil – brain food
  • Reishi – immune boosting



1. If you are not using frozen foods, add a handful of ice.

2. In a hurry? Add all smoothie ingredients into a Ziploc bag and place in the freezer the night before. Toss in the blender with your liquid the next morning and you’re out the door in a flash.

3. Leftovers keep for 24 hours but the sooner you ingest, the more nutrients you will receive.
