Anti-Aging Cherry Blueberry Smoothie

- 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup of fresh or frozen organic cherries1⁄2 cup of fresh or frozen organic blueberries
- 1⁄2 organic banana
- 1⁄2 cup frozen organic cauliflower
- 1 tbs of organic virgin coconut oil2 brazil nuts
- 2 scoops of plant-protein powder (with probiotics and probiotics)
ANTI-AGING ADD INS:
- Chia seeds – antioxidant-rich
- Flax seeds – omega-3 essential fatty acidCollagen powder – improve skin elasticity
- Kefir – gut health
- Metabolism booster MCT oil – brain food
- Reishi – immune boosting
1. If you are not using frozen foods, add a handful of ice.
2. In a hurry? Add all smoothie ingredients into a Ziploc bag and place in the freezer the night before. Toss in the blender with your liquid the next morning and you’re out the door in a flash.
3. Leftovers keep for 24 hours but the sooner you ingest, the more nutrients you will receive.
